Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
5 years of experience working on hardware/software efficiency programs for facilities or data centers.
Preferred
Qualifications:
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience in machine learning platforms and systems, with knowledge of design and deployment of these systems and of the software stack.
Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences, as well as drive cross-functional programs in hardware/software efficiencies for the data center.
Excellent verbal and written communication, program management, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000

Responsibilities Lead the efficiency portfolio investment review process and ensure alignment with the efficiency roadmaps, work with senior Technical Leaders and Leadership across multiple organizations to review and make funding recommendations.
Drive improvements with materialization of efficiency savings into measurable value for Google through the development of new mechanisms and policies in partnership.
Define product area engagements, processes, and policies that enable scaling in impact of the efficiency savings.
Develop the pipeline of projects for investment through partnership and engagement with the innovation portfolios and teams across Google Cloud.
Drive execution for key strategic efficiency programs within the efficiency portfolio that deliver towards the Google level OKRs and goals.
