Fisher Investments is currently looking for a Global Mobility & Immigration Analyst to join our growing team.
As a necessary member of our Global Mobility and Immigration team you will have the opportunity to work with all of Fisher's locations worldwide.
The Opportunity:
The Global Mobility and Immigration Analyst facilitates our US Sponsorship program and contributes towards international immigration and mobility efforts.
Reporting to the Global Mobility and Immigration Team Lead, you will anticipate, plan and administer Fishers sponsorship processes.
Through in-take and eligibility assessment, document preparation and coordination with external counsel, while ensuring policy compliance, optimal processing timelines and maximum efficiency.
The GMI Analyst will also lead process improvement and other key initiatives to ensure managers and employees have a good user experience that aligns with approved program parameters.
The Day-to-Day:
Oversee and manage ongoing caseloads including both non-immigrant and immigrant/green card/visa (PERM, I-140, HI-B, F-1 etc.
)Coordinate with outside immigration counsel and internal HR teams to process mandatory paperwork and ensure appropriate timelines are metEnsure compliance with all requirements related to employees right to work and conduct various compliance activities, including reporting and regular auditsHelp update policies and processes (FAQs, immigration resources etc.
)Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to provide education & coaching on immigration policy and proceduresProvide I-9 guidance to employees and training to HR team members and other team membersProvide ad-hoc metrics and reporting as neededYour
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required3-5 years of US immigration experienceExperience analyzing / reporting data and communicating to a wide range of audiencesDevelop creative solutions in response to situations as they ariseEnjoys working collaboratively with a variety of internal partnersWhy Fisher Investments:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
